RIS are appointed Education Agents to Education and Professional Training Institutions in Singapore, under the auspices of the Council of Private Education Board (CPE), Singapore. In this regime of operation, RIS, as the authorized representative and appointee of the Institutions is empowered to market and present proposals to Students, Educational Institutions and Corporate organisations, based on their interest and process it to fruition.
